$200 plus shipping This FULLY BUILT handcrafted 43" long cedar wood trestle was made with precision. It is strong and well assembled with Tite Bond III glue, (272) brass hex head lag screws (pilot hole driven) and brass brads. The cedar lumber was hand chosen and had no curvature or warping when it was used to make the trestle. The photos should show the workmanship that went into its making. The center stringer is screwed to all of the bent caps allowing you to fasten your track to it. The rail stringers are fastened to the bents with 1 1/2" long brads and Titebond III glue Measurements are: 43" long, 19 1/2" tall, 10" footprint with braces and 6 1/4" wide at top including catwalk. It is intended for outdoor use with its exterior cedar wood construction with TiteBond III glue. It does include a low voltage interior light using your power supply for doll houses or acc. power on your transformer. Both doors do open and close with working latches and hinges. The porch overhang does have shingles underneath between the rafters on the lower roof. The freight station measures 23 1/4" long including all outcrop stairs and ramps, 17" wide and 11 1/2" tall. The boxcar side loading platform measures 2 3/8" from the ground. The Truck loading side platform has two different heights for both big and small trucks to back up to for loading. $350 and free shipping This new bridge and concrete abutments can be used with all G scale trains both indoor and outdoor. It can be used outdoors full time with a permanent installation. The cedar wood bridge can lift out of the abutments for an annual waterproofing treatment. The bridge has no sealant so you can use your method and materials of sealing it. I do recommend a concrete sealer on the concrete and stone work after it is installed in your garden railroad. Rock and fill dirt behind the abutments is recommended for realism. Construction: High strength concrete with 1/16" steel rebar over real stone in a lost mold method. It has a brass plate integrated in the concrete on the bridge shelf. All cedar wood construction on the bridge with simulated brass hangers and Ozark miniatures nuts and washers fastened with gorilla goop. The wood rail runners are fastened with screws from underneath. It has a center runner to fasten your track to the bridge. Tite Bond III was applied to all fastened wood. Both 3/4" and 1 1/4" nickle plated fasteners were also used to fasten the wood. All of the truss work is sandwiched between the wood for strength and to prevent warpage of the bridge. Measurements and shipping: The abutments are 9 15/16" wide, 15 9/16" tall and 1 1/16" thick. The bridge measures 5 1/2" tall and 17 5/8" long. The bridge has a clearance underneath of 10 1/16" for trains, streams, etc... Shipping is free and will include shipping insurance. The abutments will be TRIPPLE boxed and each box lined with SEVERAL 1/2" thick building material foam inside with the bridge also in its own box. Each abutment weighs about 10 lbs.. $600 Including shipping and insurance This new track side manufacturing co. will work well with 1/24th to 1:20.3 scale trains. It has many possibilities including furniture, cutlery, cannery, pallet, etc. on your signage. It has ten (10) low 12 volt (replaceable bulbs) that light up the interior and exterior for night time operations. The bottom floor is sealed off (bug proof) with a access hatch fastened with screws to access the interior and all the light bulbs on all 3 stories. The boxcar shed is not attached for easy transporting and optional use. Most engines will not fit under the shed and designed to back a box car in. This model measures 25 1/4" long, 13 1/2" wide and 20 3/4" tall. The model is heavy and is ready to use on your layout or garden R/R. Construction: 1/2" 7 ply birch craft plywood was used for the main structure frame. The sub roofing is also plywood with a rough sanded plexiglass overlay. The aluminum tin roofing material was applied to the plexiglass with a waterproof cement. Grandt Line doors and windows were used and fastened with silicon glue and nickel plated sequin pins. The water tank cables are in a trench ring cut into the wood slat siding to prevent sagging. The cables on the water tank are fastened inside the PVC pipe inner tank twisted very tightly with 2 part metal epoxy. All of the platforms and the boxcar shed was made using cedar wood. This model is very square and level with quality workmanship put into the construction of it! This model will be fastened down in a custom wooden crate with handles for shipping. Shipping insurance will be included. I pack as if this model were being shipped back to me! Please allow up to 7 business days to make the custom wooden crate to survive bouncy roads and careless handlers! $600 FOR ALL 3 MODEL STRUCTURES INCLUDING SHIPPING. This highly detailed Duffy's Lumber Co. includes 3 buildings and will enhance any layout using 1/24th to 1/20.3 scale trains. Construction: This model is all cedar wood construction except for the hardwood stairs. The office is made from stone and concrete with Grandt Line doors and windows. There are approximately 1,662 bevel cut cedar shingles applied to the roofs using a heavy coat of Tite Bond III glue. All of the lumber is fastened with Titebond III glue as well. The black rolls in the side shack simulate roll roofing material. The stone and concrete office building does have a low voltage threaded light bulb (replaceable) to illuminate the office interior. The stone office is 3/4" thick concrete with re-bar inside the concrete for reinforcement. The bottom (flooring) of the stone office is also concrete with a removable plastic access hatch to replace the light bulb. The doors and windows are recessed into the stone work mortar style with brass headers. Duffy's Lumber was built for both outdoor and indoor use. If used outdoors I do recommend your choice of clear sealant to be applied to the buildings and shingles by you. Measurements are: Main Lumber shed - 23" wide including steps, 16" deep including platforms and 16-1/4" tall including signage. Small shed - 9 1/2" wide, 6 1/2" deep and 8 1/2" tall. Stone office - 10 1/4" wide, 9" deep including platform and 11" tall including flue stack. The Duffy's signage is satin white painted on cedar boards using a vinyl stencil. The main shed has 70 reinforced cedar piers underneath for support. I have many more photos available .
