enginear joe
Hmmm. I thought the lights were in those boxes on the sides? Looks like they come from above the boxes and under the engine too?

enginear joe
Sometimes I end up watching other builds instead of working on mine!
rbrown7713
It's looking good, excellent work and it's nice that you are guiding us through the steps. It's very informative. Bob.
enginear joe
too many wires!! ???
enginear joe
another look at it. I'm undecided if I like how big they are and can live with them? They should have been mounted rotated 90 degrees to make them thinner. They were already wired so it was much simpler as is.
enginear joe
I'm really hating all these panels that I have to make. I could have just cut grooves in the shell to make it easier. I think I may groove some whole sections on the rear panels.
enginear joe
I can never guess how long I have to edit a post or add another picture?
enginear joe
I didn't realize how much time has passed since I worked on this engine. Many things popped up that had to be done. Nice weather needs to be taken advantage of before the winter sets in. I finally made it downstairs to do some more work on this. I spent extra time trying to get some bad castings to work with the metal screens. I should have just made new ones from scratch.
enginear joe
I am watching Bob make a new engine and I looked around the forum for more stuff. I noticed that I abandoned this post. So I apologize. More progress was posted here scratch G scale ES44AC-H #2010 build w/ charging lights | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum (ogaugerr.com) I wish I could update this post without putting it above Bob's new work. This was an old project. It still isn't finished.
