Thanks Joe, I am almost done.  I painted the stripes on the tender today and they came out good.  I used a tool that I made, a holder for the Beaugler pinstriping tool.  I mounted it in the spindel and then cranked the table for a straight line.  I used before for the stretched MTH passenger car and this time got a little better, and will use it in the future for stripes on some cars that I make in the future. Here is a video and then some pictures of the striped tender, and next the dry transfer letters. Bob.

These are Woodland Scenics letters and worked very well, easy to install.  Can't find a decent PRR logo to go on this tender. Anyone have a source? Bob.

Someone here might be able to help you. I was wondering if just maybe USA Trains might have one for their GG1 that you could get?

They only list a parts number to call. When I've ordered parts from them, they were helpful to me in getting what I needed.

   Check out Stan Cedarleaf,  scedarleaf@aol.com  he prints custome decals.  He will send you actual pics so you can decide the size or what ever you want done. And his work is excellent.

I'd rather be wrong about it! It's beautiful and is partially a shame that it doesn't run. With all that work, it would make one heck of a showpiece running at a club.

I am trying to construct the diaphragm between the loco and the tender, but so far this will be for static display and on straight track.  I am trying to get a functioning insert to function while under power, no success yet, Bob.
