BILL A.
I am restoring an old Aristocraft # 22127, NY Central GP9. I need many parts, and am hoping to buy a broken or non-working (and relatively inexpensive) locomotive. I don't think that the road name matters. If you have one, and want to part with it, please give me a shout.
enginear joe
Are you sure it's not a USA Trains?
benshell
Yeah, that's a USA Trains part number and locomotive. Fortunately, the GP9 is still in production and USA Trains / Charles Ro is pretty good about stocking parts. Call them at 781-322-6084 and describe what you need. BILL A.
Thank you both. You are right, it is a USA train. I will check out Charles Ro. Thanks again for the advice and regards,
enginear joe
somewhere I have a Conrail. The axle gears are probably cracked. I don't run it and have never got to fix it. I bought it that way and the guy said it was in good condition.
