LGBer
Hello everyone, I googled and tried looking up part description and part number but no dice. Would anybody help me? Please look at attached photos, thanks Oh by the way, I am selling a bunch of LGB accessories on Ebay. I have an inventory of items and am looking for a collector/dealer in the Madison/NJ area. Would anybody have some contacts?
rbrown7713
Looks like a girder that hold the wires for electric locomotives to get their power. There is a name for them, something like catinary, or something like that. Bob.
LGBer
Thanks Bob, I tried Catenary but nothing came up. I will try "girder" and see if I have any luck. Thanks again
rbrown7713
I don't know if I am correct, but that is my best guess. Are you sure that it is LGB? Try Marx, or some of the other German manufacturers. Bob.
LGBer
Gotcha, Thanks! BTW, i couldn't find it using "girder": as a search but I;m pretty sure it's a LGB. He only collected LGB's but will check with Marx. Thanks again.
LGB333
Is this a part from your locomotive? If so, please provide the LGB locomotive number. If not, please explain why you are trying to find this part? Marklin, the owner of LGB since 2007, doesn't carry spare parts for LGB locomotives made by the original LGB company in Germany (Ernst Paul Lehmann Patenwerk). You can check with TrainLi.com which carries some spare parts for older LGB locomotives......also OnlyTrains.com.
rbrown7713
I was looking to build some catanarys for my layout, but have since changed my plan. Thank you. Robert Brown.
