enginear joe Posted August 12, 2016 Author Share Posted August 12, 2016 I have several different sets of trucks lying around and decided to try them as well. I got a set of wheels in. They are bigger and have a better looking profile. I have not tested them yet to see how they will perform on my Aristo track and switches. I forget where I just got them from? I believe it was from here: http://www.thetraindepartment.com/wheels-truescale/ I still wanted to use them and installed a set of bearings inside of the Aristo RB modern trucks first. I'm after rolling stock that will look good, and perform the best. Having real bearings inside the trucks should help out the engines on my long trains over grades in the backyard. I need to re-install the RB caps with some type of shims as the axle ends are thinner. It appears that the KD medium offset couplers will do the job easier too.
