I thought I had started a post on it? Even if so, I'll start here again. Just a few pics of what I'm doing anyways. I hope it's not to much memory for the post. Please delete any pics to help out.

I found a chart to help me with the brake plumbing.

I barely started this car a long time back. For some reason, it got put away with other things to do first. I kept staring at the box and decided to see where I left off. So a couple of evenings total is where I'm at so far.

I got bored with TV again and figured I should be doing something. When it rained I started cleaning around the work bench. I would either have to store it away or finish it. I chose the later.

Got some more done on her. The dimpled holes on the top of the tank show where to locate the top platform. They are off center of where they should be. I should have fixed that but I left it as is. I know better. I just get lazy.

Yes he does. I wish I could get at least one of his box cars too. Very realistic. Someday I may remake the top platform, railings, and supports from brass if they don't last. The flexible material they are made from seems strong. It is hard to clean off the casting flash.

Thanks for the building report.
The car looks good, nice proportions, I like the Trucks and Wheels.
And I agree with primer paint looks better.
That would be a great tanker for my MTH Stuff, but it has the wrong scale.
