Well I finally came across a USA Trains GG1 for a decent price...and listed as excellent! Yeah right!

It was damaged in shipping as no original shipping wooden case. The truck frames got bent down and of course Ro has no spares.

Pilots took a beating...but Ro does have those...they think.

So I disassembled the engine and have one of the trucks jigged in a hyd. press with pressure on it so maybe over time I can get them straight!

This is cool to see. I wanted to get my hands on all the Ro stuff to compare. I ran out of time and money. I hope you'll keep sharing like you always do. Thanks.

Well I finally got back onto this project. I straightened the truck frames out and one snapped so I'll mechanically repair it.

A change in life event happened last week as I couldn't breathe which ended up being a triple whammy of Influenza B, which cause Pneumonia because of Emphysema/ COPD. A few days in the hospital under Pulmonary Care straightened that out and now go back for Cardiology...
