Here's THE KICKER:  I HAVE NO DESIRE TO SEPARATE OR TO SHIP.  I want to sell it all in one transaction.  I *will* meet a buyer/buyers up to about 100 miles from my home near Rolla, MO, but the shipping costs would quickly overwhelm the cost of the trains--I don't think I could ship it for much less than twice the asking price.
