These locomotives and rolling stock are designed to operate on G Scale track and were formerly sold by a company named Chicago Train Works in the early 1990’s. You can find advertisements from Chicago Train Works in old copies of Garden Railways Magazine from about 1989 till 1992. The models are cast out of polyurethane plastic. Complete system to make these models includes: Masters, Master molds and Production Rubber Molds for: EMD GP-35 Locomotive F30e 40ft Flatcar EMD F9 A unit Locomotive EMD F9 B unit Locomotive EMD GP-9 A unit Locomotive EMD GP-9 B unit Locomotive Tooling: Vacuum Chamber Vacuum Pump Cutting Die for GP-35 Styrene parts Jigs and Fixtures Parts: Die cut styrene parts, Sound systems for locomotives, Bottles of paint, Northwest Short Line Power Trucks A multitude of parts to make the above rolling stock, too many to list. By the way, I counted stock and it includes nine Northwest Short Line power trucks, 7 powered and 2 unpowered.
