    Hello, I am new to the forum and my first post. I have been looking for a City of New Orleans Rear Deck Observation car and have been unsuccessful so far. All of the cars I have are made by Williams(City of New Orleans) and a business local to me has one on display but not willing to part with. Anyone has one for sale or where one may be located? I know I will enjoy the forum and looking forward going thru the posts. Jim
