How do I get ahold of Ray?

I just bought an MTH CP C40-8W and it works in DC (analog mode) when I place it on my DCC layout it causes a short and the system senses a fault and cycles on and off until I either remove the locomotive of turn off the power. I am using a Digitrax DCS 200. I was told the MTH locomotive would work on a DCC layout. Has anyone seen this sort of thing before?
