Thanks Jordan. We're seeing this on IE8. Will take a look at either resolving or reworking the overall theme of the site. Be aware we may see some overall appearance changes of the course of a few days as we try to work this out.
We are currently seeing a formatting issue with the forum titles and text when using Internet Explorer 8.0 and are working to resolve. Google Chrome, Firefox and IE9 all display the pages correctly.

The forum formatting issue has been fixed. Checking out how users names appear in threads under IE8.
