We are re-creating the RI train and depot that was in our little town of Maysville Missouri in NW Missouri. this is the same line that Jesse James robbed at Winston Missouri - about 20 miles away from here. BTW the Rock Island stone tunnel that the James gang hid in still stands almost completely intact just east of WInston Missouri. see attached photo. more at bridgehunter.com The Maysville RI depot was just a half mile from my house and the brick conductor shack still stands all other traces of the RI RR are gone except for the grading of the earth in our town.
