And at the price of $419.95 each seems like a real "bargain" compared to the outrageous prices that Bachmann is demanding of say $769.89 for the Dash-9 & GP40 (RLD Prices). Looks like Bachmann is following Marklin/ LGB lead of pricing locomotives into the stratosphere! I try to understand why the insane Bachmann/ Kader Holdings pricing as they don't really have any "skin in the game". All the Dash-9 & GP40 molds are some 15-20 years old by now. Bachmann corporate greed is all that I can come up with. I see videos touting the "new" Dash-9...really?? Only real "new" diesel locomotives are the MTH SD70 & the AML GP60...wherever that thing is?
