Tony Walsham Posted March 27, 2014 Share Posted March 27, 2014 Greetings all.Most readers would likely know that I am the owner of Remote Control Systems (RCS).For those that don't know, I design make and sell R/C systems for larger scale model trains. Have been going since 1985 or so concentrating on R/C stuff since 1988.Unfortunately I now live in a smallish unit so cannot have a garden layout myself. Fortunately for me I live about 100 metres from a friend who has an extensive Garden Railroad in 1:20.3 scale with a logging theme here in downtown Casino NSW. His RR is a point to point to point operation that uses three operators to run some very complicated manoeuvres. It can take 2 hours to complete 3 out and back trips with lots of switching. All battery R/C. I don't own a lot of equipment but I do get to run what I do have, whenever I like. I am a member at most Large Scale websites. However I am a bit late getting to the GSTF. I'd rather be online here where I'm not being harassed regularly. I try a couple of other forums when I have extra energy.
