Jerry B44 Posted October 20, 2023 Share Posted October 20, 2023 I sent an extra TIU to Ray and a MTH boxcar to put it in and another boxcar for the battery car. He took the TIU apart to fit in the boxcar and put a fuse and switch on the battery car. Nice neat install as usual. I find the response to be a lot better on battery power, none of those not on track notices. Choosing the smoke worked fine the first time, used to have troubles with that. I found it ran fine on 14 volt battery, but do have a new 18 volt on order to fit in the boxcar door. Really happy with how it went. Once I sell another couple of battery power locos I will have my Challenger converted with my other TIU. Then sell my Bridgewerks! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
