  1. Dang it. I was going to preorder the Christmas cars but when they changed the shipping date to 2020. I decided to hold off. To late now for this Christmas. Oh well maybe next Christmas
  2. Ok. So no signal improvements or such. Even though I do like the phone app I can’t see myself totally abandoning the remote. With the remote you can control things like speed with out having to look at it. Besides it’s hard to see a phone display in the sun.
  3. Raymond, Do you know what is the difference between the 50-1002 original remote and the newest ver. 50-1038 ? Manufactures generally don't change part numbers without a reason. Should I upgrade while they are available?
  4. I actually also received a printed version of the new catalog some time ago.
  5. Raymond I didn't see these on your website for Pre-order. Are you taking orders for them and do you think they will actually arrive before Christmas ? 6. Stainless track with Split Jaw stainless rail joiners. So should I also apply conductive grease. ?
  7. I was curious how well the Split Jaw would fit the contour of the AML stainless rail before I made the investment. The top is Aristo Brass w/brass Split Jaw. The bottom one is the AML stainless with stainless Split Jaw. Good enough for me time to $$$$
  8. It doesn’t appear that they come in Stainless Steel. Only brass & NPB. Thanks
  9. With the winter finally over in the Northeast, I am looking to order some Split Jaw rail clamps (stainless). I see RLD shows them in stock. I never ordered from them any feedback about them would be appreciated. Or any other place to order from.
  10. I have the opportunity to go to the show this year for the first time. But there isn’t much info posted on the shows website. Makes it a little difficult to plan. So now I’m wondering if it’s even worth going at all.
  11. I’ve noticed quite a few Hudson’s that suddenly popped up on eBay for sale. Maybe they know something we don’t ?
  12. Raymond, any idea if it will contain a steam engine ?
  13. Do you suppose MTH will also do some with the charging lights ?
  14. Can you supply a few pictures
  15. I started the canyon late last year so I got a chance to see how the snow and rain would affect it. Because this is the highest point of the yard the canyon drained pretty well. It’s been raining all weekend so no excavating. Also no rock shopping yet.
  16. The gutter downspout is going to get rerouted. The curve is the highest spot of the yard and so far haas not had any problems with water. I like the slat roofing idea but not sure if I can find it locally. I have ave a few of these stones that I had used as stepping stones for years but have no idea where they came from.
  17. Blocks are to wide. Trench is 30 inches wide and will have 2 tracks. Need something narrow.
  18. I am looking for ideas on how to line the walls of the canyon we are constructing. It is approx. 10 inches deep.
  19. Ok. I thought so but wasn’t sure. Preformed curves? Also what radius are the curves. My track is all AML straights.
  20. Joe, What brand of track do you have on your layout. ?
  21. I just got them out of my attic. I sometimes worry about all that cardboard in my attic.
