SteamPower4ever
Nope, it's not just you. They're gone.
Chuck
I may know why as they pushed them back to May
SteamPower4ever
Can't take the shipping estimates seriously anymore. They'll ship when they ship.
enginear joe
Rats!! I missed the NS pic. How's she looking? White faced? Any improvements?
Rayman4449
I just heard today that some Dash-8s and F7s have landed on the West coast. (not all road names for each) So should start seeing some product shipping soon.

SteamPower4ever
Rats!! I missed the NS pic. How's she looking? White faced? Any improvements? I noticed today that the Dash-8 pics including the NS version are still on the MTH Pinterest page. I'm not registered, so I can't get to the pics, but I can see they're there. Dash 8
Ok, I can help, here the missing images.Stolen for me and you ..
enginear joe
Thank you! I already have two on order and too many in stock. I must resist! Hmmm, that NS has a smooth top and different antenna. I'll have to go look closer at mine....... and I don't have an Amtrak to pull all my 1/32 Amtrak cars!
SteamPower4ever
I bet the road number is different, too, right?

Rayman4449
And as we had heard before about engines arriving on the west coast, they did arrive as engines are shipping. This Dash-8 has just arrived:

SteamPower4ever
Ooooh - 'shipping'. I hope my F7s are in this lot. It would seem they've decided simply not to post gauge 1 pics on FB then. Jens
Rayman4449
I hope they are too They do post One Gauge on Facebook as some of the posts in this long thread are from there, it's just that not everything gets posted. I would caution against relying on photos posted to social media as the indicator on what has shipped and what hasn't. They don't hold these engines very long, they get them in and get them sent right out so I would expect there to be times when product ships before the Marketing dept has a chance to process photos of everything that comes in. (assuming they do plan to post photos)
SteamPower4ever
Oh no, I'm not considering FB their 'shipping now' list, but they did pull the dash-8 pics from the FB page. Anyway, it doesn't matter one bit. They do what they do and ship when they ship, and I bet I'll like the models when I get them.
enginear joe
Do you think all the Dash 8s are shipping? (CSX?)
Rayman4449
Based on what I've heard no. The entire production run is in process and likely near completion if not done already. My guess is the rest is coming on another container so maybe another month or so out for the rest.
SteamPower4ever
Just got the MTH G gauge newsletter by mail. Looks like all the Dash-8s are available now Jens
enginear joe
I just got that email too. Maybe the rest is right behind so it makes sense. Anyways mine must be soon!! Looks like Ray has marked them all in stock too!! http://www.rayman4449.com/MTH/MTH_OneGauge.htm
trygmaya
Do anyone know what high the flanges are on the Dash 8? Is it the same as the VO-1000 and F7?
Rayman4449
I'm not sure on the flanges as I didn't open the one I received. I may have one that I will open here soon and can take measurements for you.
